I would rudely reply by calling you disrespectfully by your last name but I don`t know it.
I have integrity and care about my quality clients.
Any couple who have fallen in love where the person seeking protection by filing a refugee claim many times delays saying "Will You Marry Me" because it is a real relationship and they don´t want their partner to think he/she is being used! Then end up getting removed so quickly love ones are torn apart. When real couples are being torn apart it is a reason to show compassion.
When parents of Canadian children are told by CBSA staff (I have the recordings) take your kids with you or leave them behind, I could care less if the kids ever attended school, my job is to remove you! Like you have written here and I agree with you that an H&C application in process does not prevent removal from proceeding. Well in certain situations I believe it should.
I wrote a huge H&C submission for a Mexican family who kept leaving Mexico for a better life in North America. The Mother was a caring environmentalist. The Father was a quality welder which is in high demand everywhere in Canada. Their kid a real good straight A´s student.
I used reverse psychology and told the CIC Officer to refuse their H&C application because I would make more money bringing them back to Canada then trying to keep them here. It worked!!!
I have five or six H&C applications regarding above quota families or Un-Wed mothers from China. I was given recently a current official Chinese documents showing what the standard fines for parents in these situations. Average $54,000.00
When I submit I ask the CIC Officer if these parents take their Canadian children back to China what prevents the Chinese Immigration Officials from removing (excluding/deporting)these Canadian children citizens back to Canada?
Well Mr. CBSA what prevents China from ripping these Canadian children out of the arms of their Chinese national parents and sending them back to Canada???? I´m not referring to babies but 5-16 year old children.

If you get offended by someone for calling you by your last name, you should change it then. It is just a last name. No offensive names are used with it of any kind.... it is just a last name Sir!
I can´t give you my last name here for security reasons but you can call me Mr.Wonderful or just Wonderful no "Mr". required.
As for the H&C, your entire point of view is based on Chinese nationals. The issue here is that a federal law applies to everyone equally in Canada. How do you apply the law equally to someone from...let say... "Germany" or "Holland".
Canadian federal laws are created in the best interest of Canadians not around other country´s regulations.
In the case of a Canadian born of Chinese parents, then an H&C well proven will be successful as it has been in the past.
I don´t believe Jason K is cutting the H&C programs period, I personally believe that is trying to stop the existing abuse of the system where, every (or most of them) failed refugee or illegal alien applies for H&C. Wasting a lot of man power resources to end up being denied.
Look at the PRRA success rate!
Let the H&C open for the ones who really need it. The ones that don´t, well.....out of luck.

When another countries Laws cause an unusual, undeserved or disproportionate hardship this alone is clearly a reason to show compassion.
Think before you put your key board into action showing off your lack of knowledge.
The vast majority of persons being removed with Canadian children go to countries that will grant these children legal status in the parents country. Those kids will be allowed to attend government funded schools, work, marry and legally reside in those countries. Not China in fact China fines parents for having above quota children!
What Jason Kenney is doing is using (IGNORANT) CBSA staff to remove recently failed refugee claimants within the first year so that no new claimants come to Canada and they don´t get a PRRA. These (lacking in knowledge) ignorant CBSA staff are pushing people out are only eliminating their own positions.
The next thing that will happen is that senior removals Officers will head to the POE and replace rookies like you DocD.
This happened the last time the Conservatives had a majority government under Brian Mulrooney so start packing your bags.
Just keep buying in to Jason Kenney abuse theory he rules by creating fear. The Conservatives claimed "Faster Family Reunification" then eliminated Parental Sponsorship. Faster it went from 10 years to never!
What about how fast (SLOW) the processing times are for Spousal Sponsorship´s overseas.
Ahh I could go on for ever.

CBSA does not make laws. The agency just enforce them.
