Subject: Divorce
  Hello,
My wife and I have been living separated for 2 almost years,we decided to get the divorce, after attempting to reconcile and failing, however, for her peace of mind we have agree on include a document on financial obligations, where I specify that if in the future I cause her to repay any money weather bank or government assistance, I will be obligated to repay such money back to her. My questions are:

1.- Can such document be legal
2.- Can I produce this document by myself, with witness or would I be required to get it drafted by a lawyer.

We both have agree on the divorce and will submit application under sole applicant due to her residing in a different province. Thank you for reading this post, any answers, advice is very appreciated.

what does this have to do with immigration? If she sponsored you, her financial obligation is 3 years.

Is such an agreement legal-likely - under divorce law. Is it enforceable? Totally different question.
