| Subject: question on Dependent Child Over 22 Years of Age |
my brother stopped school for 7 months but was not 22 years old at that time (he was not working he was just at home), after that he continued school up until now, he turned 22 last june.
Will this affect our application?
pls reply its been bugging us for days.

the application was submitted last 2010. My brother was 20 at that time and he also stopped school for 7 months during that age, he was included in the application as a dependent child.
but after that 7 months he continued school up until now, he turned 22 last june.
my question is that, since he is a dependent child who is over 22 now, will the embassy question his personal history during that 7 months even though he was 20 at that time?
