| Subject: file transfer to local office after AIP |

Id really appreciate if Roy or anyone knowledgeable could advise me on my situation.
My wife is sponsoring me inland. We received AIP on the 5th of sep 2012.I was asked to send CIC Vegreville my medical results, copy of my passport and police certificates from my country. I sent everything with in one month of the receiving AIP. On the 10th of Oct CIC sent me another letter , which stated that my file was now transferred to the local office in Montreal for further assessment, and they might ask for further information or even an interview. I called immigration canada and the agent told me that montreal could call me for an interview to determine the legitimacy of my marriage. I thought that was only done before AIP is received. What could montreal require of me. could it be a relationship determination interview or something else. My ecas updated on the 28th of oct 2012 to "medical results received".....whats going on...????
please help im stressed out....
