Does anyone knows if new rules will take in place Jan 1st 2013?
Is it to late, because there were supposed to inform about approved proposed changes ... Nothing so far....
Roy said two-three weeks ago that minister is late for Jan 1st, he seems to be right... Also in Quebec site its written that new changes will be after March 31 2013
Any idea pls
