I have four kids, and my youngest kid who is 8 years old is Canadian citizen. Our PRCs expired in 2009 and me and my kids were forced to live in Saudi Arabia. I applied for the renewal of the Cards but they refused and gave me the right to appeal which I was supposed to register within 60 days, I hadn´t may opportunities to get a authentic lawyer so I get into contact with an ordinary person living in Canada who said he´ll appeal on my behalf. Now I´m trying to contact him from 2 years but he doesn´t answer. I checked for my appeal status online but it hasn´t been registered. I´m in much trouble and I want to go back to Canada. Can I get the right to appeal again because I wasn´t at fault for the first time.

Contact the Immigration Appeal Division they do not post on-line who has or who hasn´t appealed.
You couldn´t find a (Lawyer) who is a member of a Provincial Law Society or Paralegal. You also could not find a regulated Immigration Consultant either??? Couldn´t find any Immigration Representative in Saudi Arabia, Please!
In about four years you only found this Immigration forum to ask this question?
Any authorized representative can easily find out if any appeal was ever filed very quickly. If they are a quality representative they can also tell you how to enter Canada (legally) to fight for your residency but it will be an uphill battle.

I checked online but my appeal wasn´t filed... I tried to contact the Canadian embassy but they sent me this (The CIC office in Riyadh no longer has any responsibility or jurisdiction in this matter. We are unable to entertain an appointment regarding your issue.) I´m in big trouble, my children´s future is jeopardized right now. Can anyone please help me find out how to get another right of appeal? I´d be grateful if you´d help me..Thanks!

Dear Sir,
Its a tough case you need to call Refugee board Appeal division and consult them, you were supposed to file an appeal within the specified period otherwise considered null.
