Subject: Can I sponsor my wife?
  I(main applicant)became a permanent resident April 2004 through a skilled worker class from S.Korea.

Unfortunately, I was divorced from my wife Sep. 2004.

This year(2005), I met some girl whom I liked to remarry.

If I marry her this year, I can sponsor her as a family case immigration this year?

When I got Pr.visa first last year, my ex-wife also could get Pr. visa as she was married in that time... then...this means I also sponsored my ex-wife or she was just my accompany in that time?

I am living in Korea right now, but, will go back to Canada soon.

I really like to know I can sponsor my new girl after I marry her THIS YEAR(2005).

Hope to hear kind advice.

if u divorced ur previous wife and u have legal papers confirming that; then YES, u can sponsor ur new girlfriend! but, u should be able to tell the visa officer as why u were divorced, if asked!
if ur wife also got the PR, and then u got divorced, then i think that CIC wont let u sign another undertaking becuz u have to fulfill the undertaking u made to bear her expenses and everything at the first place.
