Subject: commonlaw relationship
  Hi guys,

Anybody knows about common law rules ?

I am going file from outside Canada. We started living from Sept 2011 and then moved to new address in April 2012. We have proof of current address but we don´t have proof from previous year, where we lived together.

Now, I am not in Canada anymore because Immigration deported on failed refugee claimant.

Documents which we have as follow

1) Photographs of trips together
2) Letters from friends
3) Joint bank account in Canada
4) Joint Overdraft from Bank
5) We went to Thailand and India together ( We have all tickets and hotel booking)
6) My all bank credit cards, Roger bills and Auto insurance comes at the same address where my G.F lives
7) My G.F earning 45000 $ a year
8) Recently we got the insurance and I am the beneficiary
9) New N.R.I account

We are also planning to get married in June.

Any suggestion will be very helpful.

Regards
Raj
