Subject: H&C after removal
  Hi everyone!

I am a 16 yr old failed refugee and mid september my family had to leave. We currently have a H&C application underway with a lot of credit (our lawyer said it was the thickest he has ever seen) and my question is has anyone ever been approved after removal?

Me and my brother left Africa when we were 4 and 6 so we dont know AYTHING about this place. I really dont want to be here and we currently have multiple mp´s advocating for us. My friends are also writing a letter to the minister with lots of sigitures to get his attention.

Ontop of that, the PM said that he would contact the minister but i have no heard anythig thus far, i also contacted the minister myself and am still waiting for his respose.

Is there any hope that things will go through? i´ve seen a lot of people say that there is no chance once you leave the country.

If H&C cannot protect you from getting removed from Canada, you will have to go.

There was one family who was removed before their H&C was approved. The family eventually was allowed to come back with two year temporary resident permit after all it was due to negligence of their embassy of their country of origin. It is however a rare case.

Yes Outlaw, I know math and unlike you, I also know how to read and spell. He said he left Africa as a young child, he did not say he came to Canada then. Life is usually more complicated than it appears and those complications make or break these kinds of issues. If they had actually been here as long as you assumed, it might make a difference. If their H&C claim did not stop them being removed, I am not sure what options they now have.

I understand your motive for leaving England but don`t understand how you were able to stay there for so long or if there are other relatives including your mother involved. Is the person you are afraid of still in England or back in Kenya. I assume there is no family here who could sponsor you. Is there any chance of going back to England or a relative there who could sponsor you.
