Subject: I received tthis letter from CIC
  Hi!
I applied for PR under the common law partner in March. On Sept 28th I received a letter saying that I meet the eligibility requiements to apply for PR status. However the final decision won´t be made until such reuqirements as medical, security, background checks have been met. I may now also apply for open work or study permit.

I called my lawyer after, and she said it´s great news. I also applied for quebec medical insurance (which was approved with this letter) . Is this letter supposed to be ´approved in principal´?

I cannot understand at what stage i am now: in process, decision made? I am checking my e-client status and it shows only: in process, medical results have been received (this has been hanging there since Sept 27th). But to me it looks like ´decision made´...
What should i wait for next after receiving such letter? Is an interview for me and my common law still a possibility? (not that I am scared of it, but it´s not too desirable :))

Many thanks for your attention to my note.

received letter from high commission (in reply to: I received tthis letter from CIC)
hello sir,
I received a letter from high commission with my passport which is about a general overview about how to take medicals. as I have already taken medicals and had attached with my application, I am not understanding why they are asking for medicals again. I hope they have lost my acknowledgement receipt of medical exam taken.

I want to know what to do in this case. can I resubmit my passport with a prof of medicals already taken, do I have to attached all the other documents again along with this.
