Urgent query about work permit after AIP

Subject: Urgent query about work permit after AIP
  I have a quick question regarding AIP, I noticed an error in my name on my approval letter. My last name is written twice on this letter, my worry is how should I apply for the work permit? the same name will appear on work permit, SIN card and health card.

Should I send the letter to CIC to rectify this error?

I highly appreciate any suggestion.
