Subject: Dual Citizen issues
  Ok, so I am a dual citizen ( US and Canada ). I was adopted from Canada in 66 and my name was changed. I have 2 birth certs each with a different name.
I have 1 passport with my new adopted name.
I have a social insurance number in my new adopted name.
QUESTION:
I want a passport and SIN in my birth name, but dont know how to do this from the US. Please help?
