Subject: FSW future system and my opinion!

Dear forum members,

I am not expert as Roy,Sharon or DocD, but I have the right to express my opinion how I see future immigration system, how CIC will accept new immigrants nowdays and on, and new Rules.

New rules that we all wait to come in force in 2013 are totally different how we expect. I and talking about FSW program and I think potential immigrants will be dissapointed because the number will be limited and they will take into consideration applicants that are already there. As far as I see CIC will try and maintain backlog and the number of rejected aplications for FSW will be very high for aplicants overseas, and CIC reply will be very quick.

Immigration in Canada will be harder and harder since they stopped FSW program mid 2012, and "job offer" option I think is going to be almost "mandatory" and "relatives in Canada" as well. If you dont have any of these and you are outside of Canada, even your IELTS is 8 in all sections and you are the most recognised Engineer will not work. They will try and "settle" all those immigrants that are in Canada for visit, study, work and illegals as well. Why accept from abroad, for them is better to deal with them within Canada, instead of overseas applicants that are unfamiliar with Canada.

All I am saying is about FSW program and the easiest way to immigrate in Canada now and in the future will be regular visitor visa, student visa etc, just to go there find and "arrange" a job, go back and apply. Other way for skilled Workers from abroad are ...

Yours,
Speedoflight

BRAVO Speedoflight BRAVO

Hit that one right on the nail.

For a couple of years Jason Kenney has been claiming he was going to assist companies and provinces to bring in more skilled trades people to assist Canada´s construction industry.

Up to 3,000 applications will be accepted. That is help, lol. If you count the ten provinces and three territories the amount of applicants = 230 employees each. Does the 3,000 only include principal applicants or does it include dependents?

If you´re in Canada working without authorization earning a decent paycheck sending money home why quit after getting a letter from your employer and wait for AT LEAST A YEAR in the hopes of being approved for PR status.

Will the two year experience requirement eliminate many applicants because they have not worked in the last three years.

This Federal Skills Trade Stream is just like that photo of Jason Kenney announcing he was bringing in FASTER FAMILY REUNIFICATION then he eliminated parental sponsorship.
