Subject: Canadian PR
  Hi All,

I have been holding Canadian PR for last 2.5 years and working for a Canadian company since then. Now, my company(Canadian) is sending me to US for a project work in couple of months. Could you please let me know if my US time period will be counted to my Canadian citizenship as my Canadian address is my permanent address and I am working for a Canadian company.

Thanks in advance
Kumar

No - this time definitely won´t be counted towards Canadian citizenship. You need to be physically present in Canada for the time to count towards citizenship.

Time spent outside of Canada working for a Canadian company can be counted towards your PR residency requirement. But not citizenship.
