he had been here since 2010 September,we have been living together since June 2011, we have joint bank account and some blls that shows our name on it, that we open toward ending of October 2011.Also they have not yet approval our common law form that we submitted in June 2012, but we have all the file number and u c i number.but my question my spouse is just taken one subject or two subject per term does he qualify for an open working permit. when do u think they will approve us for the fist stage.
Also am the sponsoring i have been separated for 8 years with my ex husband do i till qualify for common law partner, the marriage had been broken up since 2004, hope to hear from you.
