I have got my PR in 2009 . Today, I have to complete my PR obligations by staying for 730 days in 5 years. The application process takes 88 days. Now, if i apply before 90 days , I do not complete 730 days, however I am still living in Canada. I have to fill up the form and then post it before atleast 90 days to process my application. Do I write in the form that presently living in CAnada and undertake to live till I complete 730 days?

(in reply to: PR renewal) If you landed in 2009, then your PR card is still valid for another 2 years or so. CIC won´t renew your PR card this early. You should wait until it´s six months or less until your PR card expires and apply then.

(in reply to: PR renewal) You´re behaving like a fifteen year old who can´t wait to write his/her drivers license exam.
So you almost got 730 days residency out of any five year period so where were you for the other three years?
Lets paint a target on your forehead to a certain CIC Officer who thinks your calculation is wrong and let him send you a residency questionnaire. A residency questionnaire can take several months to submit and more than a year to assess.
Proving one was physically present is no easy task.
