Father of Child taxes child tax credit and pays nothing for support of 16 year old Canadian. Applicant works 15 hours a day seven days a week to support child. Been in Canada for 22 years.
Previous counsel cleaned out all her savings and did not provide any supporting evidence why CIC should show compassion.

govt should go after the father for child support and previous counsel should repay money taken from her...
There should be a law where counsel are paid ONLY when their client won!!!!
