| Subject: Immigration Summary Form |

I applied for canadian immigration, went for the interview, and the interviewer confimed that he has accepted my file and I just need to submit landing fee, and medical.
After the interview I received "immigration summary form", I filled it, although that information was already there in the original application forms. After that I did not hear from them for the last two months.
Any ideas, why I am asked to fill the form again. If the interviewer has confirmed that I have got the immigration just needs medical etc.
