Hi i have received my student visa a month back and now my parents are insisting me to get married to a a canadian national who lives in Canada. My question is that is it possible that i go there and then apply for spousal visa on immediate basis and donot study at all?
Secondly if i want to transfer my university session to other province university or college, how soon that can be possible?

(in reply to: Spousal visa and education) Sure - you can go to Canada, get married, apply for spousal sponsorship and not study. However there´s no guarantee the spousal sponsorship application will be approved. Based on how you´ve described things, this sounds like a marriage of convenience and you shouldn´t be surprised if Canadian immigration feels this way as well.
