my husband sponsor me inside canada and i recieve a letter from cic that i still need a requirements a medical and security backrounds checks my question is where do i get my security backgound checks

First you were supposed to submit a medical and police clearance certificates at the time you submitted your Spousal application.
CIC will do additional background checks to ensure that you´re not inadmissible to Canada.
