Subject: IAD refusal, what next?
I sponsored my wife in 2009. After the application was refused by Hong Kong visa office, I appealed. But my appeal was rejected by IAD. Now my wife is pregnant. Do I still have a chance to bring her to Canada. What should I do?

You have options but your post is lacking content.

Well first under what regulation(s) or section of the act was your spouse refused?

Did you have an ADR or just a full appeal?

Once your child is born if you´re a Canadian get your baby a Canadian passport ASAP. Get a CIC approved company to do a DNA test. You have a major change in circumstances but a baby alone does not prove you´re in a genuine relationship.

Sponsor your wife again and this time use a highly qualified representative that the Hong Kong visa post fears and respects.

Name recognition in the Immigration business goes along way. If the Counsel your planning on retaining can´t show you at least ten Chinese nationals positive IAD decisions, look for another.
