My situation is...
I withdrawn my sponsorship application and divorced my wife. By law I am single now. Technically, I never sponsored my first wife because my application was withdrawn. Is the correct? The 5 year ban shouldn´t apply to me.
Now,I want to marry another woman and sponsor her.
Am I still limited by the 3 year ban? or is there any ban for people who just got divorced?

The five year ban is if you yourself was sponsored to Canada!
Since you never succeeded in sponsoring anyone there is no ban.
Now will things be looked at strangely?

I sponsored my wife in 2011 and she produced fake and false documentation to the immigration canada. Now Can I withdraw my sponsorship and file a criminal case against her. She was arrested in India for having 2 passports of identification.
Pls explain the process.
