Hi
I came here on student visa and and status on the file was single but after getting the visa i got married and i came here within 10 days of my marriage. Later i filed my worked permit same as single status as i thot my study permit says so. Now I am going to file my provincial nominee in winnipeg and i want my husband to join me. Its been 2 long yrs we r seperated. Pls let me know will my single status in work permit will affect my application.. Pls let me know..

Your current status can be revoked and your application for permanent residence refused.
