Subject: What happens if I move during the process?!
Hi,

If I start my immigration process (as Skilled-Work) and I have to move overseas before it is completed, need I to reapply (and pay all the fees again)?! I currently live in the US, but I´ll be somewhere else in 6 months.

Thanks for your help!

No, you will have to transfer you case to the country you are moving. The processing may be delayed depending the processing time in that country.

There is no fee for transfering the case.

I hope it helps
