  Hi! I´m a live in caregiver for almost 29 months with my employer, but due to mis filed of my application they say I don´t belong to the program as LCP, so we re-process another permit last year and fortunately we got my working permit as LCP. My question was, is it possible already to apply as OWP/PR since i´m with the same employer? Thank you!
