Subject: convert visitor visa in to working visa
Hello. I´m wondering if I find a job in Canada when I´ m on a visitor visa, can my employer ask LMO for me and can I apply for work permit inside Canada or I have to leave country?

You have to obtain a work visa from outside of Canada.
