I have an approved petition with two ( 2 ) dependents ages 23 and 24 my canadian son sponsored us, all papers done in manila our status are in Final Decision I´m here in california expired US Visa for almost 19 yrs with approved I-30 petition for 12 yrs now
( brother to sister ) my concern is my 23 yrs old Son is inadmissible bcos of his medical problem. What will happen to my petition and my other son´s petition can we still go to Canada? I´m a widow and praying to get to Canada to have a better life for my family.please advice me what to do.Thank you and God bless.

If one of your dependents is inadmissible then you are inadmissible as well.

Thank you for your advice. I recieved a letter from CIC last Dec 2012 they are asking regarding my 23 yrs old son regarding med bills in canada the problem is my sons illness is serious so I ask them to cancel his petition, and CIC did not mentioned about me and my 24 yr old son our petition is in Final Decision will I wait for their next letter or shall i write them that I will be dropping my 24 yr old son as well. Thanks
