Hello,
I have received a letter from Canadian Visa Office saying that I have to write an letter explaining why i should allowed back in to Canada. I have no clue how to write this letter, not even how to word it. I would really appreciate if someone can share a letter that they have used in past or guide me in how to write it.

You must have claimed something before last time you were in Canada.

here is a good steps of writing an ARC letter.
1- introduction of when you arrived in canada , when you applied for refugies when you were denied ,when the court denied review, HC application and prra.
2- when and how you were removed
3- how and in what category you applied to comeback
4-the reason the immigration officer will allow you to comeback , that include:
-family ties in canada
-job offert
-circonstance surrounding your removal (who pay the ticket? did you comply with your removal order?)
- and always always apologies for the trouble you got your self in and ask for a second chance.
if you write a letter saying that you were a victim of cic its more likely you will stay where you are now.
and you can also add to (4) any personal reason related to your case.

i am in the process of doing an arc however i want to return as a student and my husband as a work permit holder but we are not sure if this reason is valid enough we have canadain baby
