Subject: $45,000.00 for PNP
What do you think of a person who pays $25,000.00 down to submit an Ontario PNP application?

What do you think of an authorized representative that charges $25,000.00 to assist with submitting a PNP application?

Should the regulator be informed?

What should ICCRC do since the representative is a regulated member?

how about jerk lawyers (in reply to: $45,000.00 for PNP)
How about the jerk lawyer I found and met in my so called court hearing. I never hired him. I never talked to him. he never came or called to know my story. I was totally disorientated, otherwise I could have refused his presence.
He must have been paid by legal aid. Isn´t that my proof that selective immigration is the booming economy for Canada?

Of course the regulator should be informed. ICCRC should permanently revoke the representative´s license if the allegations are true.

I don`t think they are simply stupid. I think they assume they are paying a bribe because someone has told them they can make it happen. I know people mess up their applications when they DIY but I also know of people who claim they are told that a consultant has connections inside the office who can push things through for them. I know the business of immigration consultants is more regulated now but I heard the other day of a consultant who wanted $10,000 to do a spouse sponsorship. The spouse was included in the original PR application but didn`t come. Now, years later they want to and arranged for their family to pay. The best part is the spouse in Canada is on social assistance.

Here is the bottomline: Canada is an extremely desirable place to live - with its abundant resources and a wonderful welfare system so these folks have a right to recover their investment within 5 years of their arrival here and then it is free-living!!! Don´t blame them

The issue here is that both the applicant and the representative is in the WRONG!

The representative offered a refund and did not provide same and closed up shop.

I visited the BOGUS company today and the office windows are so tinted with holding my hands on either side of my face I could not see inside.
