hi.. actually im going through a very stressfull situation here. my husband is facing a exclusion order and he ordered to leave canada before end of this month. im a refugee claimant which my claim was rejected and im on judicial review and still waiting for results. i have 6 months old baby who born here. if my judicial review result is negative i plan to go back together with my husband but i dont have travel document for my baby yet. im not very sure about the system here, about asking a custody for my baby if her father is have to go out from the country end of march and she dont have a travel documents yet. i dont know how this sytem works, anyone could please let me know where shuold i go ask about this? and how this system works? please help me. thanks in advance.
