Subject: Thoughts on new FSW program
So on May 4th CIC is going to want an LMO instead of an AEO of the fsw program. everything their doing to change the program makes it sounds like they are prioritizing workers instead of the family class.

With this being said, does that mean once LMO´s replace AEO´s, it is possible to get an ARC with an LMO and get a work permit and wait for the application to process while in canada?

A reply would be greatly appreciated. :)

Does this answer your question?

Getting an ARC on a temporary resident is rare but not impossible.

Ohh, yes you showed me that story before!

My question is now that they are prioritizing workers, will that mean that people who need an ARC will have a higher chance at getting a work permit??

My work is hopefully going to receive an LMO within the next 2 months, so i´m wondering whether to risk it. Also there are 2 kids involved and a H&C application.

Thoughts?
