I just checked the yogi site and found that someone who submitted application in Jan 2005 received AOR in Feb 2005, so this gives way to hope !!!!! if the timeline posted is correct

I saw that too, seems odd that only one person who applied in Jan 2005 received AOR in Feb 2005. The rest of the people who applied in Sept and Oct 2005 have received or are in the process of receiving their AORs in Feb 2005. I wish there were a way to also know the type of application the person submitted on www.yogi799.com
For instance, that one could be a spousal sponsorship, which are supposedly processed more quickly.

I am not trying to discourage you guys, some people may put date wrong or simply it´s not skilled worker class, even somebody was making fun of others, check out this.

I try to ignore that website because it is really hard to say how long will it take for one to get PR. It really depends on many factors and it´s only more upseting for those who have been waiting for months.

One of my friend got his AOR Jan. 22, 2005. He submitted his files last Sept. 10, 2004.

I agree so the reality is that it takes now 3-4 months to get AOR for skilled workders at Buffalo.
Yogi site could be misleading.

it´s not their site mislead, it??s some people are making fun, put the wrong year. Also from Sep 04 until right now, things are so different from it used to be, what??s the unknown reason? I don??t know.

I applied in Jan 2005 and exactly one month later I received my AOR in Feb 2005. it may be hard to believe to you all who did not receive your AOR in 30 days ????
