The best way is to just go to job sites and apply. I am suggesting this since u are in fillipino. Unless u have personal contacts and relatives/friends whose advantage u can leverage.

it is extremely useful to explore the job market, but do not count on an employer holding a position for you until your PR is complete and you can give them an arrival date. It simply does not happen that way.
