| Subject: Obtaining CAIPS report |

hi all,
i was wondering if i can obtain caips report directly without involving any consultant??? i applied directly to cic-new delhi and now waiting for my stamped PP back. sent passport on 4Jan´2005, and dont know how long does it gona take for them to send it back!!!! Has anyone gotta clue???

caips are of no benefit to you now. You have your approval and you have submitted your passport. The only thing that you are doing now is waiting. Caips will not tell you anything about that subject. It is only usefully if you are called for an interview.

really appreciate ur reply sharon: do u have any idea for how long do i have to wait as i cant wait to travel to india as am in uk at the moment... pp submitted on 4,jan´05
