| Subject: How Long I have to stay to get PR in Canada |

Hi, We (my husband and two kids) are planning to migrate to canada. Actually after landing canada after one month, my husband is planning to travel back to India with two kids. So within one month I can apply PR Card for them. Then within how much time they have to enter back to canada in order to not cancel their visa?

No - you won´t have the PR card in a month. The current processing time for new PR cards is 36 business days which is about 7 weeks.
To maintain PR status you must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 years.
