Can anybody help me? In june 2012 i got refused for work permit and got a letter to leave canada. I hired a lawyer and he sent an application to restore my status as a visitor on 25th of september 2012. On 8th oj january 2013 i got married and filed the inland sponsorship on 14 th of february 2013. On 2 of april 2013 i got denied for restoration as a visitor and they issued an exclusion order( i showed to the officer the receipts that i sent the sponsorship application, even i brought a copy of the application). As long as i have an inland sponsorship CBSA gave me the forms to fill the PRRA and send it to Vancouver. how do you think..do i have any chance with the PRRA? or i should better go back home and file an outland application??? Thank you very much. me and my husband are very confused, we dont know what to do.
