Wait 2 weeks to 4 weeks to get the letter .

I just received a paper..it says my application is not granted so basically it`s just rejected...im a rejected refugee claimant as well..what`s next ? havent applied prra yet

I am confussed and Scared about My H&C Application (in reply to: h&C decision made on april9)
Hello here. I applied for H&C last year June (June 26 2012). On the website, It says they started processing my application January 8, 2013. I called CIC this Monday, May 28 to ask them the status of the case as I will like to submit more documents to update my file. I was told by the guy who picked up the phone that my file has been transferred to my local office (Etobicoke) since May 4th and don´t know why there is a delay. To my surprise, I saw a letter from the CBSA the second day that I am a subject of a removal order that is in force and need to come for interview on June 13th at the Airport road 6900. I really don´t know if the decision is negative or positive and really don´t even understand what that letter is for. I have an appeal that is currently on . Please help.

You have NO appeal.
You may have an "application" for leave to appeal. The letter says bring proof of all Federal Court actions so do that and learn that you lost your "application" already.
Fire your Lawyer and retain someone that can really help. Or start packing your bags.
