I applied on February 2001 but till now I did not get my immigration decision. I received last letter from CIC 2 years ago. But after that I did not receive any letter. I checked my application status online and it saying "IN PROCESS"........ but how long.............????????
Can any one help me PLEASE.

I applied in Hong Kong and I my nationality is Bangladeshi.
I am not sleeping. I sent them fax but they did not reply. But recently I got a letter from them and it said that there is a class action law suite againt them who have submitted applications in 2001 or EARLIER seeking immigrant visas in the economic class, to the Department of Citizenship and Immigration and did not get any satelment yet. Do you have any information regarding this? I mean what will happne at the end?

I applied from hong kong in 2001 now got may passport request on 07 january 2001.
under new reules you have to send them all documents again with new forms

I applied in August 2001. Yes he is right....they will send you a request to send all forms filled up again in the new format. Probably you will need to appear for IELTS. Hurry up, 2001 cases are hot in the embassy.
