Instruction for PR Card renewal asks for additional documents NOW A DAYS I.E.
4.Additional documents of proof of residence in Canada in the past five (5) years
Include the following with your application:
◦Photocopies of all pages of all passports you held in the past five (5) years (if your stamps are not in English or French, please have them translated, see section on Translation of documents), and
A copy of one of the following:
◦Other Income Tax assessments issued by Canada Revenue Agency within the past five (5) years, or
◦transcripts from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada verifying attendance within the past five (5) years, or
◦for all school-aged children, written records verifying attendance within the past five (5) years.
My question is THAT is this necessary to send NOTCE OF ASSESSMENTS OF PAST 5 YEARS??
BECOZ I DIDN´T KEEP A RECORD OF THAT.
CAN I SEND THE APPLICATION WITHOUT NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT BY CRA
IS THIS NECESSARY TO SEND COPY OF ALL THE PAGES OF ALL PASSPORTS INCLUDING CANCEALLED ONE??
I MET ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
NEED IMMEDIATE HELP PLEASE.

Yes - you must send the information that is being asked for.
Yes - it´s necessary to send copies of all passport pages including the canceled ones.
Yes - you need to send your returns from the last five years. If you didn´t keep copies, contact Canada Revenue Agency and ask for them.
