finally i got the passport request, i waz really confused and feel like i am in prison.never decided well,never stop thinking about my PR never stop checking my e-client(2o times a day or may be more) SO now thanks god for that beautiful passport request from buffalo that might change my life alot.
and guys here my time line:
FEB 2004: applied for quebec selection certificate
OCT 2004: I got selected after passing the interview
NOV 2004: Buffalo started processing my file
December 2005: Acknowledgement received
January 2005: did the Medicaul tests
February 2005: my e-client changed from in process to in process and medical results received, and after 3 days from that change i got the passport request and my e-client still the same-who cares anymore ;)
bytheway i need a little help from u guys,i am thinking about sending my passport via UPS is it safe and good company?and how many days does it take usually for buffalo to stamp and send my passport back to me in montreal?

UPS is fine to send it to Buffalo but make sure you have an arrangement so that the CIC buffalo will send it back to you in a registered mail or so... you can do this by sending a pre paid package to CIC buffalo.
CIC Buffalo does delievery from Canada as well...
A friend of mine lost his passport in mail after his visa got stamped and everything was done... it was a lot of hassel to go thru... So just to be sure send them via UPS... its fine and make a solid arrangements for your passport return.
Also you can ask your friend or someone who can go to US to get it stamped in person... It will be quick and full-proof.

first thanks HS for ur responce,
second I didnt understand what do u mean by arrangement?when i went to send it i asked them to return it back,so they charged me for sending and for receiving,but the thing is that i dont know if the CIC there will know that and if they call them to return my passport via UPS or they will send it by normal mail.
and about freinds in Buffalo actully i have no freinds over there, and the only way to send my passport is by using one of those cpmanies(UPS,DHL,Fedex and Aramex).and freind of mine told me that UPS is the best among those.so I sent it already last friday,and when I checked my passport status on the internet(www.UPS.com) they said that my shipment is on transit.because its weekend now

Hey ed.
COngrats on getting immigration through Quebec. Iam also thinking of applying through Quebec. I see that u had a interview. Can u recollect the questions that they asked u? was the interview fully in French? I was in Montreal for two years before coming here to Saskatoon. I would be happy if u could help me. Can u please answer my questions. thanks and happy valentines day.

yea the interview waz in french and i didnt do very well so the interviewer asked me to improvr my french and she speacked alittle bit in english.her quastions were just to verify my information
