| Subject: Why citizenship system is like that |

I really want a seconde opinion on that
immigration officer or citizenship officer i mean those who gather all the necessary information about the applicant and submitt it to a judge are perfectly trained to take the decision by them selfs just like in immigration cases , why cic dont let them do that instead they transfer the case to a judge , knowing there are a dozen of judges and hundreds of officers so the judges have pile of decisions to take and of course they are late .
The judge can still run the ceremony , but seriously i dont understand why its like that .
The decision on immigration cases are more sensitive than citizenship cause it involves moving somebody from a foreigne country into canada wich is not yhe case of citizenship where the applicant has already the right t be in canada for the rest of his life unless he commits serious crime or musrepresentation .
