Please i need your professional advice on how to move to Canada with my 10 years working experience in IT and also my new Bcs certificate in Accounting. And also my wife who is a graduate of Finance & Banking with 8 years working experience as Confidential secretary and Manager.

Hello,
You and your wife could apply to a Provincial Nominee Program (Ontario, Alberta, etc.) or to the Federal Skilled worker program.
I think you shouldn´t have any problem with the qualifications required, so it´s a matter of decision to come or not. The integration process may be hard the first months, but in the long run, you may find a better position than in your country with the advantage of having a peaceful and friendly place.
If your decision is done, the next step could be to improve your chances to get a job once you are here. I suggest you to read this presentation:

Thanks for your reply. It was encouraging. Please if i may seriously ask, is there any way i can get a very good and reliable Consultant that can assist me and my family of 4 making 5 of us to start the processing?
Another thing i will need to know is that, actually i just graduated from the University last year but with about 10 years working experience with IT although my University Senate are meeting to approve our Bsc result this year 2013 although i finished last year session, Can i still apply with it too?
And is it possible for me and my wife to get the consultancy to help us get a Job in Canada before coming to Canada?
Please i will be glad if i will get response from you ASAP.
