| Subject: Citizenship, Canadian Border Agency Report |

I would like to start the process of citizenship of Canada, I have heard that recently they need you to send report of Canadian Border Agency (CBSA). Is there anybody who got and send them this document? If anybody can help me on this issue, it would be great help to me, because I think it takes at least 3 months to receive it.

A new resident questionnaire (RQ) was issued on (09-2012) on which Consent To Disclose Personal Information is printed. By selecting YES in the box, the applicant gives his or her consent to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to disclose the details of his or her history of entries into Canada.
These days when receiving a RQ, the applicants may mark YES to the box so that CIC would directly receive information from CBSA.
Colourphocopying of every passport page is pretty heavy!

I want canadian citizenship due to bad satuation in
Pakistan for muslim shiaas...i m very much tensed here
