i´d like to know the timeline for cairo office from one who has got it from cairo

i got my PR from cairo and here is the time line:
01-05-2002 application
01-07-2002 conformation letter
01-05-2003 Request for medicals
15-05-2003 Medicals done
13-12-2003 Request for update of police record
12-01-2004 Request to transfer funds, pay landing fees and submit passports
However I asked for one year extension so
01-04-2004 requeste for new medicals
07-04-2004 medicals done
01-06-2004 request for post and address updates
24-12-2004 Request to transfer funds, pay landing fees and submit passports
24-01-2005 Money transferred and fees paid
06-02-2005 passports sent to the emabssy
Collection is presumed today (ISA)
