There are always solutions that can be found.
CIC & CBSA are becoming very strict when it comes to (suspected) violations of residency. One client was awaiting his PR card renewal after already submitting his residency questionnaire two years previously when a family emergency required him to leave hastily.
Then he was denied a single entry visa to return to Canada.
Now he is still a permanent resident and stuck in another country.
We got him back into Canada so that he can re-establish his residency.
Never give up just because CIC or CBSA say NO!

Never give up? The advise should be "Follow the law so you don´t get caught in a pickle".

When you have been following the Law and some fanatical Visa Officer does not comply with the Law, Never Give Up! There is always two ways to skin a cat.

there are bad officers and there are goods one too.... I know a lot of immigration firms encourage their client to lie.... does it mean Roy does that as well?
Your comment seems to imply all ca ba officers are bad.... how stoopiid....

Any authorized representative is not worth retaining if they look the other way when a CBSA Officer lies! There are plenty who do a fine/fair/ethical job.
Like every other group there are some rotten apples in every basket.
Look up the Lisean Kasheme ROYE-STEWART ID decision of October 13 in which member MOKBEL stated the Port of Entry notes were not written by the Officer that conducted the interview.
