Subject: [URGENT]: Need to withdraw my Visa application

Hello,

I am going to US on student Visa. Regrettably, I booked a flight via Canada. I applied Transit Visa at VFS Delhi on June 21st. Till now I haven´t got any news from Canadian High Commission. I have my flight in 3 weeks. I am scared because of ongoing strikes. Now, i want to withdraw my Canadian Visa application and want my passport back so that I can book another flight directly to US.

Please help me how to file an application to withdraw Visa.
