Subject: applying for student and permanent workers visa
Hi.Me and my wife are applying for permanent workers category in quebec.
We also want to see if we can go and study in other province in canada.
Is there any problem with the law if we apply for the two categories if one excludes the other is there any conflict with the law .thanks

Permanent Workers? It is either a permanent resident or a temporary worker.

Each province has a different selection process that becomes part of the visa process but the visas are issued by the Federal Government not the province.

You may apply for whatever you want, you may have to answer some questions that WILL come up.
