I want to ask you if there will be a problem if I will enter Canada under Skilled Workers Immigrant Visa,
I have both immigrant visa for USA and Canada. I will enter US territory on July 24 coz my visa will expires on July 29 ( Employment B3 ) but I will stay there for 3 days only coz Im still waiting for employment site,
Next month Im planning to enter Canada to use my immigrant Visa also and stay there until I will travel to USA.
Is it ok to travel to Canada even thought I enter/exit also USA.

(in reply to: holding Immigrant Visa both for USA and Canada) you should enter to Canada through the Greenland

(in reply to: holding Immigrant Visa both for USA and Canada) The E-B3 is not an immigrant visa. It is a visa to temporarily work in the US.
Entering Canada from the US is not a problem. Just make sure that once you become a PR, you meet the residency requirements when you decide to permanently move back to Canada.
