Hi, I have a bunch of questions
1) Can i sponsor my sister as a nanny for my kids.
2) She lives in India, but has a 6 yr old daughter who cant be left alone so she will be coming with her, will that be possible.
3) how much income do i need to show?
4) I cant work unless i have someone i trust watching my kids, so how can show high income if i cant work unless there is someone to watch my kids.

1) Does your sister have at least one year of full time paid work experience as a nanny or in a related field in the last three years? If not, does she have at least six months of full time schooling in a related field in the last three years? If the answer to both of these questions is no - then you cannot hire your sister.
2) No guarantee her daughter will be able to come with her.
3) Go to the link below, click on the Requirements tab and look for the Financial Ability Calculator.

4) If you don´t have sufficient income now then you won´t be able to hire your sister. In other words, if you´re not making any money now - then you can forget about hiring an LCP.

Is it mandatory for the care giver to speak enlish or french. what happens if she speak our native language.

It´s mandatory that the care giver have a good knowledge of either English or French. If the care giver can´t speak English or French, then they shouldn´t bother applying because the work permit will be refused.
