Hi,
I applied for sponsorship for my parents in 2010. I am in ontario.
I have received letter in August 2013 from cpc-mississauga, that my application is ready for processing. The letter has asked me to fill the application forms again and send it in within 90 days along with Right of landing fee and police cert.
Could anyone guide me, where in the application process i am and how much time it is going to take from here on. Why am i asked to fill in the same forms again.

You are being asked to fill out the forms again since three years have passed and information may need to be added / updated / changed.
Your parents´ application has passed the first stage of processing and is now starting the second stage of processing. You can get an idea of how long the second stage of the application process will take by looking at the following CIC page:
